1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Signature Photography. By accessing our services, booking photography sessions,
or communicating through our digital platforms (including WhatsApp and Email), you agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please contact our support team prior to booking.
2. Photography Bookings & Reservations
All photography services (including Wedding, Pre-Wedding, Birthday, Portrait, Event, and Traditional
Photography) require prior confirmation. An advance deposit may be requested to secure your date and
timeslot. Slots are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand plans can change. Rescheduling requests should be communicated at least 48 to 72 hours prior
to the scheduled shoot date. Weather-dependent outdoor sessions may be rescheduled mutually with no penalty
in case of unfavorable weather conditions.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Signature Photography retains copyright in all original photographic images and footage produced. Clients
receive personal, non-commercial usage rights to print, display, and share their deliverables across social
channels and personal albums. Commercial distribution requires separate written agreement.
5. Image Editing & Delivery Timeline
Our post-production team meticulously edits, color corrects, and curates your photos to guarantee Signature
Photography's highest visual quality. Delivery schedules vary depending on the package type, and estimates
will be agreed upon during booking.

- Personal details: Name, phone number, and email address.
- Event details: Date, venue location, preferred photography styles, and special requests.
- Communications: Messages, inquiries, and customer service requests sent to our support channels.

We strictly utilize collected details to:
- Provide, schedule, and deliver high-standard photography services.
- Send shoot updates, contract details, and digital gallery delivery links.
- Provide rapid customer support via our dedicated channels.
3. Image Privacy & Consent
We value your personal privacy and family moments. Photos are never sold to third-party image brokers. Any
showcase of photographs for portfolio or promotional purposes is done with client comfort and prior mutual
consent.
4. Data Security & Retention
We maintain stringent digital security safeguards to protect your personal information and raw/edited
photograph assets against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
